The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring safety and compliance operation of the logistics yard, particularly in relation to the movement and operation of light and heavy trucks, handling of cargo, and incident/accident management.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor safety programs
- Investigate incidents
- Support compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
- Support accident and incident investigations
- Coordinate with involved personnel
- Gather and organize documentation
- Implement corrective and preventive measures in accordance with company policies and DOLE/OSH standards
- Has BOSH, COSH, OSH Certificate
