Costing Supervisor - 3 yrs experience - Sal: 30k - 35k - Sucat

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in cost accounting, costing analysis, or financial supervision. Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Experience with ERP systems and advanced spreadsheet skills. Ability to analyze large data sets and prepare clear financial reports. Strong leadership and team supervision abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of accounting principles and internal control practices. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Supervise daily costing activities and ensure accurate cost data collection and reporting. Review standard costs, actual costs, and variance analyses for products or services. Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to validate cost inputs. Monitor inventory costing, overhead allocation, and labor cost calculations. Prepare regular cost reports and present findings to management. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing and inventory. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements. Maintain costing models, procedures, and internal controls. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and pricing analysis. Train and guide team members on costing policies and best practices.
