Marketing Officer (Education and Publishing)

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading organisation in the Consumer sector (Education & Publishing) to hire a Marketing Officer. This opportunity is based in Quezon City, Philippines, operating under a hybrid work arrangement.

Position Overview

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, increase product awareness, and support business growth.
This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, supporting sales performance, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with business and corporate marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and promotional programmes.
• Plan and oversee marketing activations, events, and school-based campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Support sales teams by providing localised marketing programmes, promotional materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, ROI, and marketing metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in pricing analysis and marketing strategies that support business growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external organisations for co-branding and marketing initiatives.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
• Recommend marketing technologies and process improvements to enhance campaign execution.
• Perform other marketing and business-related tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Development Communication, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign management, branding, and digital marketing.
• Experience in market research, customer engagement, event management, and integrated marketing communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Experience supporting sales initiatives through marketing programmes, promotional materials, and sales enablement activities.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance, marketing metrics, ROI, and KPI analysis.
