JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 6 to 7 experience in Human Resources field, with a strong focus on general HR operations
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Taguig
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and draft related policies and employee handbook in alignment with DOLE standards, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
- Create and implement process workflows along with internal and external company forms.
- Support and carry out employee engagement and relations activities as needed.
- Set up and manage systems for fixed asset tagging, monitoring, and equipment accountability.
- Track and report Philippine-based incidents or occurrences for inclusion in the Quarterly Management Report (QMR).
