Account Manager - Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow key client relationships in the Home Appliances (Hyundai) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing retailer/distributor accounts, driving sales, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail, distribution, and e-commerce partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute account plans and promotional strategies to maximize sales and market share.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align sales initiatives and resolve client issues.
Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure timely support for clients and customers.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
Monitor product stock levels and order processing to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution models, and retail dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
Willingness to travel as needed.
