- Helps in promoting and selling of the products
- Maintain positive relationship with customers to ensure future sales
- Find prospects and leads through calling and other possible channels.
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants.
- Prepare and present reports when needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
