K12 ESL Teacher

Winning Plus Education Center, Inc. is looking for pioneer teachers to join our growing K–12 Program! We are looking for teachers who:

• Have ESL teaching experience and can teach learners aged 3–15 years old
• Are fresh graduates with an education-related background
• Hold ESL certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or TEYL (preferred but not required)
• Are energetic, engaging, and passionate about teaching young learners
• Can commit to a fixed schedule and evening classes

REQUIREMENTS

• intel core i5 (or equivalent) or higher
• at least 8 GB RAM
• SSD Processor
• Backup Internet and Power supplies
• noise cancelling headset
• personal computer/ laptop (ipad/tablet/ phone is not allowed)

SCHEDULE

Mon-Fri: 5 PM to 10 PM (fixed schedule) Sat-Sun: 8 AM to 8 PM (flexible schedule) Note: schedule may not be consecutive days (e.g mon-tue-thu-fri-sat or mon-wed-thu-fri-sun) Competitive Compensation • ₱180 per 50-minute class Onboarding Incentives

• 1st Month: ₱5,000
• 2nd Month: ₱5,000
• 3rd Month: ₱5,000

Teachers must open a minimum of 50 teaching hours per month and may open more hours for additional earning opportunities.
