Store Manager - Retail Wellness Apparel

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute operational strategies to hit daily and monthly targets and identify opportunities to increase foot traffic.
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable advice on compression tights, socks, and performance apparel.
- Oversee visual merchandising, mall compliance, staff scheduling, and inventory procurement.
- Educate customers on technical specifications and the proper use of products for recovery and performance.
- b>Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Nursing, PT, MedTech, or a related health field.
- Experience in retail sales or the pharmaceutical/medical industry.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A healthy and active lifestyle that inspires others.
