Your Mission
Empower lives through personalized coaching, accountability, and results-driven programs. Lead 1-on-1 sessions, drive training sales, and inspire client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and design tailored fitness programs
- Deliver engaging personal training sessions
- Drive sales and client retention through results and motivation
- Collaborate with club teams to convert leads and boost revenue
- Represent the club in events and uphold gym standards
Who You Are
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent)
- 1+ year coaching experience, preferably in a gym setting
- Passionate, energetic, and results-driven with sales skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to General Santos City
