Business Analyst

MPRC-IT is seeking a sharp, motivated Business Analyst to support our mobile and web development projects. You’ll help define business requirements, analyze processes, and support product development in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Collaborate with teams to gather and document business and functional requirements
- Support analysis, testing, and delivery of mobile/web solutions
- Assist in reporting, impact analysis (e.g. Salesforce), and process improvements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- SQL knowledge; familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Agile experience and basic programming exposure
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
