- Supervise daily activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Facilitate educational and recreational programs.
- Manage conflicts and promote positive relationships among residents.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
- Maintain records and reports regarding residents' progress.
- Assist in the development of individual care plans.
- Supervise and care for children, promote a safe environment, assist with daily activities.
- A Diploma in Child Development or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in child care or parenting roles.
- Strong parenting skills, ability to handle children effectively, and good cleaning skills.
- Family-style living environment, flexible hours including weekends.
- Patience, love for children, strong work ethics, and ability to communicate effectively.
