Assistant Admin and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities: Administrative Operations Management

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative activities and overall office operations.
  • Maintain organized company records, documentation, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Lead and supervise administrative personnel and support functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Optimize the utilization of office facilities, equipment, and other organizational resources.
Compliance Management
  • Ensure the organization complies with all applicable government regulations, permits, licenses, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external auditors.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
Policy Development & Implementation
  • Develop, review, and update administrative and compliance-related policies and procedures.
  • Establish and implement internal control measures to minimize operational and compliance risks.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Audit & Risk Management
  • Conduct regular internal audits, compliance reviews, and operational inspections.
  • Identify potential compliance gaps and operational risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry requirements that may impact business operations.
Employee Training & Compliance Awareness
  • Design and facilitate training programs focused on compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, responsibility, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to employees on compliance-related matters and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in administration, compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, or office management.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, regulatory compliance, policy formulation, documentation control, auditing, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certifications in Compliance Management, Internal Auditing, Business Compliance, or related fields are an advantage.
