We are currently looking for a Golang Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help us build scalable, cloud-native platforms used in high-impact environments.
If you’re passionate about designing distributed systems, working with event-driven architectures, and deploying production-grade solutions on AWS, this role could be a great fit.
About the Role
As a Senior Golang Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating highly scalable backend systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance services using modern cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
- Architect and implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications on AWS EKS
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Architecture teams
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with Golang
- Strong understanding of Go concurrency , memory management, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, schemas)
- Solid expertise in Docker and Kubernetes , preferably AWS EKS
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
- Proficiency in REST APIs, gRPC , and message-driven architectures
- Familiarity with cloud-native design principles and IaC is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code
