ob Description :
- Assist with office administration and daily operations
- Employee attendance monitoring
- Maintain employee 201 files and HR documents
- Assist with government-related documentation and permit processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Business Permit, etc.)
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal team members
- Support company events and internal communication
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn administrative and HR processes
- Able to handle confidential documents properly
- Can work well in a team environment
- English communication skills (both written and verbal)
