Job Title : Admin & HR Officer (Entry Level)

Full-time

EDUCAM Manila

ob Description :

  • Assist with office administration and daily operations
  • Employee attendance monitoring
  • Maintain employee 201 files and HR documents
  • Assist with government-related documentation and permit processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Business Permit, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal team members
  • Support company events and internal communication
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
-Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to learn administrative and HR processes
  • Able to handle confidential documents properly
  • Can work well in a team environment
  • English communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Benefits Upon successful completion of the probationary period, employees will be eligible for various company allowances and HMO benefits. Salary Wage : 20K ~ 22K
