Summary:
The Manager of reporting and Analytics is responsible for leading the development and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions that support the organisation's decision-making process. This role will work closely with business leaders to identify data needs, develop reporting requirements, and ensure that the organisation has the tools and insights to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions that support the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Work closely with executives to identify data needs and develop reporting requirements.
- Design and implement data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools like Tableau.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Present data and insights to business leaders clearly and concisely.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest reporting and analytics technologies and best practices.
- Ensure reporting and analytics solutions align with the organization's governance and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science, maths or other related subjects
- 7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
- Experience working on platforms like Snowflake and data visualisation tools like Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
