- Oversee daily operations of fuel stations and ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage staff, schedules, performance, and manpower requirements.
- Monitor fuel inventory, deliveries, stock levels, and fuel reconciliation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other business partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Monitor sales, operating costs, and station profitability.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.
- Implement procedures to improve efficiency, sales, and overall station performance.
