A Saleslady is responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, and maintaining an organized and attractive sales area. She ensures a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
- Promote and sell store products to meet sales targets
- Provide accurate information on product features, prices, and promotions
- Arrange and display merchandise to attract customers
- Replenish stocks on shelves and ensure items are properly labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area
- Assist in inventory checking and stock monitoring
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Support cashiering duties when assigned (handling cash, receipts, POS)
- Follow store policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions
