- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.

- Support kitchen staff during service hours.
- Report any issues to the head chef promptly.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, kitchen hygiene, and mise-en-place; strong written and verbal communication; ability to perform heavy lifting; attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
