Senior AI Engineer (Generative AI)

Role Overview
The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions that address business needs. This role focuses on crafting effective prompts for large language models (LLMs) and ensuring robust, scalable deployment through modern MLOps practices. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver practical, production-ready AI applications.

Prompt Development & Optimization

• Design, refine, and evaluate prompts to improve the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of outputs generated by large language models.

Business Collaboration & Domain Understanding

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business processes, terminology, and challenges, translating them into effective AI-driven solutions.

MLOps & Deployment

• Develop, deploy, and maintain generative AI pipelines using platforms such as MLflow or Azure Machine Learning, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

Responsible AI Practices

• Implement ethical AI standards, including fairness, transparency, security, and model explainability. Apply techniques to mitigate bias and ensure responsible use of AI technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  

Work Experience
Required:

• Relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with exposure to generative AI concepts
  

Preferred:

• Experience within the financial services industry
  
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL development
  

• This role requires a balance of technical expertise and business understanding to effectively deliver AI-driven solutions in a production environment.
