We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on program performance, impact measurement, evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to strengthen program effectiveness, enhance reporting systems, and support data-driven management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex programs from planning through implementation and evaluation.
- Develop and enhance program monitoring, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Support the design and implementation of impact assessment and evaluation methodologies.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to project and program teams.
- Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, analytical studies, and assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve knowledge management and evidence-sharing practices.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy, Performance Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
