Key Responsibilities - Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to perform welding tasks on various metals and alloys.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand welding requirements for each project.
- Ensure all welds are of high quality by conducting thorough inspections and testing of completed welds for strength and conformity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and regulations related to welding operations.
- Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to troubleshoot welding issues and improve production efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficient in TIG welding techniques and familiar with accompanying equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in welding and adherence to specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to welding operations.
