Civil Engineer Project Management

Civil Engineer Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, procurement, etc.) to meet project objectives.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
• Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Track project progress, providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the selection and management of contractors, vendors, and suppliers as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee and manage project billings, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing according to project milestones and contractual terms.
