Responsibilities of the Residents
- Patient Charts: proper and complete charting
- Patients Logbook (Clinic)
- Personal patient logbook for checking (every first Tuesday of the following month)
- Patient Scheduling i.e. follow-ups, rotation changes
- Referring system to Consultant or Senior Resident
Curriculum Vitae/ Personal Data Sheet with 2*2 ID Picture.Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)Certified True Copy of Medical School Diploma
- Certificate of Internship (photocopy)PRC Board Result (photocopy)P
- PRC ID (photocopy)PMA Membership
- Component Society
