Job Summary
We are looking for fluent Bahasa Indonesia-speaking professionals to join a dynamic customer support team. This role requires excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a working knowledge of English , as training and internal systems are conducted in English.
Previous experience in collections or the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage but is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support in Bahasa Indonesia .
Communicate confidently and effectively in a professional business environment.
Understand and respond accurately to complex customer enquiries.
Use English for training, documentation, and internal communication.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.
Qualifications
Fluent and spontaneous verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia .
Ability to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings.
Working knowledge of English .
Must possess a valid work visa or the legal right to work in the Philippines .
Previous collections experience.
Experience with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Experience using Bahasa Indonesia in a professional or business environment.
