Purchasing Assistant

- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking inventory.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Support inventory management through regular stock assessments.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet purchasing needs.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
