Production Control Manager

- Develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and internal production targets
- Oversee material planning, inventory control, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking
- Ensure coordination between departments including procurement, warehouse, engineering, quality, and manufacturing
- Monitor production status, address delays or material shortages, and take corrective actions
- Drive improvements in production planning efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with PEZA and BOC procedures
- Support warehouse operations and ensure effective inventory management
- Graduate of any Business or Engineering course
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar capacity
- Strong background in production planning
- Knowledge of PEZA and BOC processes
- Experience in warehouse management and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
