Program design 2.1.1 Designs and develops approved training programs thru research and benchmarking 2.1.2 Develops related training materials such as handouts, brochures or training cards. 2.1.3 Ensures that all training programs are updated when necessary 2.2 Implementation and conduct of training programs 2.2.1 Prepares the annual training plan as directed by the HR Manager and management 2.2.2 Schedules the annual training calendar and communicates this to all employees and/or related parties. 2.2.3 Coordinates with the department heads for mandatory training of employees. 2.2.4 Ensures that training programs are conducted as scheduled and any cancellations are communicated immediately to the participants. 2.3 Competency and skills trainings 2.3.1 Develops and designs competency leveling for technical positions in the company and updates it as necessary 2.3.2 In coordination with the respective skills experts, develops and designs the competency and skills trainings 2.3.3 Monitors and reports on the development of each employee’s skill level according to the approved competency design 2.4 Documentation 2.4.1 Maintains and monitors the database of training of all employees 2.4.2 Processes and releases training certificates 2.4.3 Ensures that a copy of the training certificates is filed in the employees’ 201 file
