CIS Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and identify opportunities to eliminate or reduce wasteful practices and optimize process performance.
• Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements.
• Work with management to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work with various teams to institute process changes for improvement.
• Review and update business procedures and documents based on project requirements.
• Develop standard procedures, guidelines and policies necessary to ensure process sustainability.
• Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.
• Conduct audit to verify compliance with the standard procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Perform other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related course.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Preferably has experience in process or system improvement.
• Must be willing to travel frequently (transportation provided by the company).
