業務内容
当社は、ヘルスケア製品および診断システムの開発・販売を行う製薬メーカーです。世界中で10万人以上の従業員を擁し、人々の健康に持続的な貢献を行っています。
・マニラAPチームの日常業務の管理補助（新メンバーのオンボーディング含む）
・マネージャーの指示に基づく業務の割り振り
・支払処理および消込業務
・従業員経費の監査および承認
・請求書処理の管理・モニタリングおよび業務効率化の推進
・主要プロセスの文書化
・買掛金に関する複雑な問題の解決
・社内外関係者との良好な関係構築・維持
・システム自動化、UATテストなどの特別プロジェクトへの参加
・新規エンティティのオンボーディングおよびチーム研修の実施
・KPI／SLAの策定・管理による業績評価のサポート
・総勘定元帳との照合業務の補助
・関連法規およびベストプラクティスの把握
・各種レポート作成（Spend Cube、Accruals、Actuals、日次レポートなど）
・記録およびレポートの正確性確認
・APスペシャリストおよびマネージャーのバックアップ
・その他付随業務
求める人材
・経理または関連する財務業務の実務経験1～5年
・買掛金業務に関する原則、実務、規定および手続きに関する知識を有する方
・GAAP（一般会計原則）の理解および実務への応用力がある方
・MS Excel、Word、Outlookの操作に精通している方
・ERPまたは大規模会計システム（SAP、Esker、Concur等）の知識
・Excel関数・数式の高度なスキル
・ビジネスまたはファイナンス関連の学士号取得者歓迎
・細部に注意を払える方、優れた整理能力を有する方
・高いモチベーション、信頼性、正確性を持ち、自立して業務遂行できる方
・分析力および問題解決能力が高い方
・社内外（国内外問わず）あらゆるレベルと円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
・チーム志向で主体的に行動でき、スピード感のある環境で柔軟に対応できる方
・優れた口頭および文章でのコミュニケーション能力
