Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, and fuel consumption in compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients regarding schedules and any delays.
- Follow all safety procedures during driving, loading, and unloading of cargo.
Qualification:
- Must hold a valid Professional Driver’s License with code restrictions 1 & 2
Requirements:
- Gov't IDs: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN ID
- Birth Certificate
- Diploma/TOR
- Brgy. Clearance & Police Clearance
- NBI Clearance
- Certificate of Employment (COE)
- Brgy. Working Permit
- Health Certificate
- Mayor's Permit
- Vaccine Card
- Complete Medical Certificate which includes the ff. examinations:
- Basic 5: Urinalysis, Fecalysis, X-Ray, CBC, Physical Exam
- HBsAG Screening
- Drug Test
