- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality talent.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in RPO or agency settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
