Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure safety and compliance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.
- Assist in the setup and takedown of building events as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor issues in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
