Customer Service Representative – Voice Account

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer concerns via phone. You will be part of a voice account team responsible for delivering quality service on every call.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and meet quality standards on every interaction
- Hit targets and follow account-specific processes and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Any educational attainment accepted
- No BPO experience required, fresh graduates and career shifters welcome
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
