Overview
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Dining Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals promptly and ensure proper portioning
- Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- Restock utensils, beverages, condiments, and supplies
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and dietary needs
- Handle guest concerns or requests efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Server
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
- Willing to be assigned in Siargao
