- Perform thorough cleaning of condos, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Sanitize and maintain all kitchen and bathroom facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the property management.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to any resident requests promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Working Conditions: Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
