Dining Intern / Front of House Intern (OJT)
As a Front of House Intern, you will support daily restaurant operations by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hospitality operations, guest relations, and restaurant service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menu assistance when needed.
- Support the service team in maintaining smooth dining operations.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Observe and apply proper service etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting during service periods.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient guest service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
- Participate in training activities and learn Front of House procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary, or related program.
