Overview How you'll make an impactResponsibilities:
- Managing payment processes and ensuring timely disbursements
- Managing payment approvals with accuracy
- Monitoring and forecasting cash positions
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts as needed
- Ensuring proper documentation and approvals for account changes
- Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all bank accounts, including account numbers, signatories, and authorized users
- Managing electronic banking platforms and ensuring secure access
- Generating reports on bank account activity, balances, and fees
- Preparing/revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitoring and managing multiple mailboxes
- Communicating (written and verbal) with various stake holders
- Strive for continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
Candidate should be a Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance (BCom/MCom/MBA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
