Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Promote and explain products , including features, benefits, prices, and promotions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when assigned.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock or missing items to the supervisor.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with store promotions and events.
- Follow company policies and procedures , including proper handling of products and cash.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth daily store operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager .
Job Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in retail, sales, apparel, fashion, or a related field .
Previous experience in a mall-based boutique is an advantage.
Pleasant and pleasing personality with a positive and approachable attitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Sales-oriented, proactive, and confident when interacting with customers.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environmen
