PMO Analyst - Full Onsite

Position: PMO Analyst / PMO Specialist Location: Taguig City Work Arrangement: Full Onsite Employment Type: Project-Based

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day-to-day Project Management Office (PMO) support across IT projects and initiatives. Support project managers in planning, tracking, monitoring, and reporting project activities. Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Track project progress against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, action items, RAID logs, and status reports. Monitor and track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID). Follow up with project stakeholders and workstream leads on outstanding tasks and deliverables. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and monitor action items through completion. Assist in monitoring project budgets, resource utilization, and financial information where applicable. Ensure project documentation and reporting comply with established PMO standards, processes, and governance requirements. Support project governance meetings and prepare materials for steering committees and management reviews. Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other cross-functional teams. Identify project delays, risks, dependencies, and potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers and centralized project repositories. Support project audits and governance reviews by ensuring required documentation is complete and readily available. Help standardize project management processes, templates, reports, and documentation. Provide administrative and analytical support to project and program managers. Assist in portfolio-level reporting and consolidation of project information across multiple initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and governance practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS
