Regional HR Programs Partner

Regional HR Programs Partner role supporting delivery of HR initiatives across a defined region. Coordinates multiple HR workstreams, manages projects, and communicates with global and regional stakeholders. Based in Manila, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Drive timely delivery of regional HR services in collaboration with HR Business Partner Team
- Coordinate HR projects including stakeholder engagement, meeting logistics, and timeline management
- Prepare status updates and reports to stakeholders and track activity outcomes
- Support system testing, documentation, and implementation of new HR applications
- Establish and manage communications across programs and proactively support team delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or Project Management
- 2+ years HR team experience in generalist, administration, shared services, or project roles
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-directed work capability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Agility and ability to learn new technology systems and applications
