Administrative Management
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Prepare and process internal and external correspondence, reports, and memoranda
- Ensure timely compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements
- Provide high-level executive assistance to the management team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Take and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up on action items
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials as needed
- Review and monitor contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Assist in ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Baguio office and the main office in Tarlac
- Coordinate with government agencies (LGUs, BIR, etc.)
- Support HR functions including timekeeping, personnel records, and onboarding documentation
