Description - Prepare and serve a variety of tea drinks to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Upsell additional products and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to Details, Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
- Qualities and Traits: Consistency, Flexibility
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for weekend and holiday shifts
