MOLD SETTER TECNICIAN
Job Requirements
- Candidate must at least High School or Vocational graduate
- With minimum of 3 years' experience as mold setter and technician
- Can operate servo type unloader machine (Yushin & Star)
- Knowledgeable of basic adjustment of molding quality defect & hot runner molds.
- Can make technical reports.
Responsibilities
- Mold Setting & Setup: Perform efficient mold installation and removal on all-electric thermoplastic injection machines (JSW & Sumitomo), ensuring all safety protocols and production standards are met.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor the performance of all-electric injection molding machines to maintain stable production and minimize machine downtime.)
