Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations when requested.
• Take and accurately process food and drink orders.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and respond to requests efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
• Restock beverages, glassware, condiments, and other service supplies before and after shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and setup.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending, serving, or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
• Familiarity with cocktail preparation, wine service, and bar operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
