We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage front-of-house transactions, assist guests, and support smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and experienced in handling cash and POS systems.
Qualifications
- College graduate
- With at least 6 months of cashiering or front-of-house experience (restaurant experience is a plus)
- Knowledgeable in POS operation and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills (Filipino & English)
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and during peak hours
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with billing inquiries
- Process cash, GCash, credit card, and other digital payments accurately
- Operate the POS system and issue receipts
- Manage cash drawer: balancing, reconciling and reporting discrepancies
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier and service counter area
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with basic administrative or front-desk tasks as needed
