To effectively promote and sell beauty products to customers in retail settings. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
- Participate in product training and development programs.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Passion for beauty and a keen interest in skincare, makeup, etc.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
