Store Pharmacist

Role Summary

The Store Pharmacist serves as a trusted health expert, guiding customers through our extensive range of all-natural and organic health products. This role ensures the responsible dispensing of health information and products, maintains high standards of customer service, and upholds regulatory compliance, contributing to our mission of promoting holistic wellness.

Educational Attainment

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, evidence-based advice and recommendations to customers on natural health products, vitamins, supplements, and organic food items.
• Educate customers on proper usage, benefits, potential interactions, and side effects of various health and wellness products.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, health trends, and regulatory guidelines pertinent to natural health products in the Philippines.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant Philippine health regulations and company policies regarding the sale and promotion of health products.
• Manage product displays, ensure proper labeling, and assist in inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Conduct in-store health talks or product demonstrations as needed to engage and inform customers.
• Uphold the highest standards of store cleanliness and organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Open to fresh graduates and non‑licensed pharmacists (PRC‑licensed Pharmacists are also welcome).
• Willingness to learn about natural health products, supplements, and wellness solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Filipino, written and verbal.
• Willing to work a 6‑day work week, including weekends and holidays, on a day shift schedule.
• Amenable to assignment at the following branches: Greenhills, Eastwood, Glorietta 2, or Zamboanga.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience working with natural and organic product lines.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Certifications or additional training in nutrition, dietetics, or natural medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals or contribute to store performance.
