We are looking for a Sr./Jr. UI/UX Artist to join our team in Makati City! You will help design and enhance user interfaces and experiences for mobile games, working closely with game designers and the art team to create polished, consistent, and player-friendly designs.

Key ResponsibilitiesExplore Gaming Trends: Stay updated on mobile gaming industry trends, UI/UX aesthetics, visual styles, and design conventions to create interfaces that appeal to players.
Collaborate with Game Designers: Work closely with game designers to conceptualize UI/UX solutions and ensure consistency with game mechanics, design templates, visual assets, and UI style guides.
Create Design Concepts and Prototypes: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions effectively.
Enhance User Experience: Analyze user insights and available data to identify opportunities to improve interface usability, visual quality, and player engagement.
Coordinate with the Art Team: Communicate regularly with the Philippine art team to develop production-ready UI assets across multiple game titles, using visual references, draw-overs, and design examples.
Improve Design Workflows: Contribute to improving UI production processes, documentation, design specifications, optimization practices, internal wikis, and creative guidelines.
Conduct UX Research: Help organize and conduct playtesting sessions, surveys, and usability evaluations to validate new and existing features and design solutions.
Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure that UI assets follow established visual standards and deliver a cohesive experience across different game screens and features.
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Experience in UI/UX design is an advantage, particularly in the video game or mobile gaming industry.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, preferably featuring mobile game interfaces and interactive experiences.
Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, mobile prototypes, and clear design documentation.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with Figma and its UI/UX design and prototyping features.
Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of usability principles.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers and artists.
Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City .
Willing to work Monday to Saturday .

Demo reels or interactive project demonstrations
