They are currently in need of a Mandarin Certification Analyst. Position: Mandarin Validation Specialist Industry: Professional Consultancy Firm Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday) Salary: Php 50,000-Php 60,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up after 3months of training on-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin can access the job opportunity.
• HSK or TOCFL certification is high advantage.
• Open to all Bachelor's Degree of any courses.
• Experienced in BPO and Technical writing experience, Data Analyst.
• Proficient in back office activities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data in a variety of IT applications.
• Ability to construct clear and organized reports and e-mail/ correspondence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• The duties of the position is assessing and analyzing documents related to certification flow, such as compliance, product standards, or management systems, and issuing an invoice to clients.
• Verify submitted materials meet international standards and company requirements.
• Able to translate the audit file of the partner company or customers from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Provide Certificates when the Certification Decision is made.
• Develop review plans and conduct administrative assessments of reports, including raising inquiries and updating both closed and newly issued Corrective Action Requests as needed
• Comply with administrative duties efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Track the process and progress of the documents in line with established work instructions and guidelines.
