Service Crew (Coffee Refiller) - Makati

- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Follow scheduled workflows and ensure timely service
- Manage maintenance and uptime of vending machines on-site
- Oversee daily operations, including:
- Inventory of goods
- Sales reporting
- Documentation of endorsements and customer suggestions
- Summary of daily activities
- Accurate reporting of daily issues
- Diagnose basic technical problems and identify appropriate solutions
- Follow all company protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other teams and share updates regularly
- Communicate with customers to gather feedback on products
- Build and maintain positive relationships with site customers
- Maintain professionalism and take responsibility for attendance
- Report site issues and concerns to the Team Lead at least three times per week
- Must be comfortable working in a shifting schedule
- High school graduate or college level
- With or without related experience (crew, refiller, or similar roles)
- Willing to work on shifting and roving schedule
- Must have complete and readily available requirements
- Can start ASAP
